Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your plan at any time; however, please note that a refund may or may not be issued, depending on when you cancel (see the Refund Policy below).
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [Your Email] or in person.
If you have remaining sessions at the time of cancellation, those sessions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.

 Refund Policy:

a. General Refund Terms
All plans are discounted packages, and pricing is based on your full-term commitment (3 or 6 months).
Refunds will only be considered under valid circumstances, such as medical conditions preventing further treatment (with doctor’s note), relocation, or other significant life events.
b. Refund Eligibility & Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on standard session rates, not the discounted plan rate.
If you received services before cancellation, we will deduct the regular (non-discounted) price of those sessions from your total payment, and refund the remaining balance.
Example:
3-month plan = $495 (includes 3 sessions at $45 discounted rate)
You used 2 sessions (normally $180 each) = $360
Refundable amount = $495 - $360 = $135
c. Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of plan purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period, except under special circumstances.
d. No Refunds For:
Missed or no-show appointments.
Change of mind or lack of usage.
Partial use of sessions after the full plan term is completed.

Session Expiry & Rescheduling:

All sessions must be used within the duration of the plan (3 or 6 months).
Extensions may be granted due to illness or emergencies with prior communication.
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions.
